Ms. McAlvey has earned a B.S. in education from Central Michigan University and her Master's degree from Grace Theological Seminary. Judy assisted in founding Fellowship Baptist Academy in Carson City in 1980 and taught there for 17 years.

After seeing many Christian schools and families struggle financially, Judy desired to help. A door of opportunity opened when a Korean company, SACE-Korea, asked her to form her own American company and work collaboratively to place South Korean students in private schools in the USA.
